Bobby Portis
Bobby Portis drops 27 points in win over Celtics
Thu, Dec 11, 2025, 4:58 PM
Bobby Portis had 27 points (11-of-13 FGs), 10 rebounds, one steal and five three-pointers against the Celtics on Thursday.
Analysis: Portis is averaging 11.2 points per game this year, but with Giannis Antetokounmpo out of the lineup he's put up at least 22 points in two of his last three games. The 30-year-old power forward was very efficient with 27 points on 13 attempts and five made three-pointers. He's still in a reserve scoring role, but with Giannis sidelined there's more of a runway for Portis to hit his ceiling.
Kevin Porter
Kevin Porter Jr. has triple-double in win vs. C's
Thu, Dec 11, 2025, 4:44 PM
Kevin Porter Jr. had 18 points (6-of-10 FGs, 5-of-5 FTs), 10 rebounds, 13 assists, one steal and one three-pointer against the Celtics on Thursday.
Analysis: There's a lot of slack to pick up with Giannis Antetokounmpo out of the lineup. That's certainly playing into some of the numbers Porter and his teammates have put up recently, not that fantasy managers are complaining. Porter was one assist and three rebounds shy of a triple-double last week against the 76ers. He was able to pull of the triple-double Thursday against the Celtics, but the bigger takeaway is Porter has consistently put up solid numbers this year and Giannis being out has only added to has value in the short-term.
Kyle Kuzma
Kuzma explodes for 31 points in rout of Celtics
Thu, Dec 11, 2025, 4:35 PM
Kyle Kuzma had 31 points (13-of-17 FGs, 4-of-5 FTs), six rebounds, one block and one three-pointer in the Bucks' 116-101 victory over the Celtics on Thursday.
Analysis: Kuzma started, played 31 minutes and led the Bucks to victory with 31 points while Giannis Antetokoumnpo and AJ Green were sidelined. This was the best case scenario for fantasy managers that used the 30-year-old power forward as a deep league streamer. Kuzma will only return to a reserve role Sunday against the Nets if his teammates are off the injury report.

NBA Lineups
Ryan Rollins, Kevin Porter Jr., Gary Trent Jr., Kyle Kuzma and Myles Turner will start Thursday's game against the Celtics.
Analysis: Already without Giannis Antetokounmpo, the Bucks also won't have AJ Green again due to a shoulder injury. Trent moves into the starting lineup for Thursday's game, with Jericho Sims being moved to the bench. While he doesn't possess the highest fantasy ceiling, Trent is worth a look in deep leagues due to the opportunity.

Thu, Dec 11, 2025, 8:21 AM
Eric Nehm
Bucks forward Taurean Price said there is no timeline on his rehab after he underwent herniated disk neck surgery in November.
Analysis: Prince spoke to reporters on Thursday for the first time since surgery. He admitted that “the only way to hoop again was to get the surgery.” He said he is “100 percent” certain that he's going to play again, but there is no timeline for his return. At this point, Prince is just thankful that he's “still here to speak and be able to have an opportunity to hoop again.”

AJ Green (shoulder) is questionable for Thursday's game against the Celtics.

AJ Green
AJ Green (shoulder) could play vs. Boston
Tue, Dec 9, 2025, 11:46 AM
Eric Nehm
AJ Green (shoulder) missed practice on Tuesday, but Bucks coach Doc Rivers said he could play against the Celtics on Thursday.
Analysis: Green missed Saturday's game after injuring his shoulder on Friday, which allowed Kyle Kuzma to start in his place and log while 29 minutes, and for Gary Trent Jr. to also play 29 minutes off the bench. If Green returns, Kuz will return to a reserve role, and both will lose out on minutes.
Ryan Rollins
Ryan Rollins dishes out six assists vs. Detroit
Sat, Dec 6, 2025, 4:08 PM
Ryan Rollins recorded 10 points (4-of-14 FGs, 1-of-2 FTs), six rebounds, six assists and one three-pointer in Saturday's loss to the Pistons.
Analysis: Rollins had a rough night shooting the basketball, and he's gone 10-of-27 from the field in the two full games the Bucks have played since losing Giannis Antetokounmpo to a strained calf. While the former MVP's absence means increased usage for players like Rollins, it also means increased attention from opposing defenses. The Bucks will play twice in Week 8 and have four games in Weeks 8 and 9 for those competing in leagues that will combine the two weeks due to the NBA Cup.
Kyle Kuzma
Kyle Kuzma starts, scores 15 points vs. Detroit
Sat, Dec 6, 2025, 4:08 PM
Kyle Kuzma accounted for 15 points (5-of-12 FGs, 4-of-5 FTs), four rebounds, one assist, one steal, and one three-pointer in Saturday's loss to the Pistons.
Analysis: With AJ Green (shoulder) joining Giannis Antetokounmpo (calf) on the sidelines, Kuzma was tabbed to move into the starting lineup. While he wasn't great, things could have been worse for those familiar with the forward's recent fantasy history. Kuzma's final stat line only lacked a block, and he shot just under 50 percent from the field. With Green likely missing multiple games, Kuzma will have some value in deep leagues despite the track record.
Kevin Porter
Kevin Porter Jr. leads Milwaukee with 32 points
Sat, Dec 6, 2025, 4:07 PM
Kevin Porter Jr. tallied 32 points (11-of-16 FGs, 3-of-5 FTs), six rebounds, four assists, one steal, one block and seven three-pointers in Saturday's loss to the Pistons.
Analysis: No Giannis Antetokounmpo means there's more room for Porter to spread his wings offensively, and the Bucks certainly need him to do it. He was highly productive against the Pistons, with the 32 points being a season-high. Not only did Porter record a complete line, but he was efficient, shooting well over 50 percent from the field and committing just one turnover. KPJ is rostered in 51 percent of Yahoo! leagues, and that number should increase after Saturday's performance.
Kyle Kuzma
MIL starts Rollins, Porter, Kuzma, Sims, Turner
Sat, Dec 6, 2025, 1:14 PM
Milwaukee Bucks
Ryan Rollins, Kevin Porter Jr., Kyle Kuzma, Jericho Sims and Myles Turner will start Saturday's game against the Pistons.
Analysis: Already without Giannis Antetokounmpo, the Bucks won't have AJ Green for Saturday's game, either. His absence means Kuzma moves into the starting lineup, raising his fantasy ceiling.
AJ Green
AJ Green (shoulder) downgraded to out Saturday
Sat, Dec 6, 2025, 12:23 PM
Milwaukee Bucks
AJ Green (shoulder) is out for Saturday's game against the Pistons.
Analysis: Green injured his left shoulder during Friday's loss to the 76ers and will not play on Saturday. Kyle Kuzma started the second half in Green's place and will likely move into the starting lineup. While not the most consistent player, Kuzma is worth rostering given the absence of Giannis Antetokounmpo.
AJ Green
AJ Green (shoulder) questionable Saturday vs. DET
Sat, Dec 6, 2025, 6:28 AM
AJ Green (shoulder) is questionable for Saturday's game against the Pistons.
Analysis: Green injured his shoulder in Friday's game against the 76ers and didn't return. The 26-year-old shooting guard will be replaced in the lineup by Kyle Kuzma if he's ruled out against the Pistons on Saturday.
Ryan Rollins
Ryan Rollins has 16 points, four steals Friday
Fri, Dec 5, 2025, 6:23 PM
Ryan Rollins totaled 16 points (6-of-13 FGs, 2-of-2 FTs), six rebounds, seven assists, four steals and two three-pointers on Friday in the loss to the Sixers.
Analysis: Rollins put together a nice two-way performance, despite the loss to Philadelphia on Friday. He was efficient from beyond the arc and was one of the Bucks' more reliable playmakers as well. The fourth-year guard has remained productive with Kevin Porter Jr. back from injury ??" the two are co-existing nicely in the starting backcourt so far, which should be a relief for those fantasy managers who had their doubts.
Kevin Porter
Kevin Porter Jr has 20/7/9 line in loss to Sixers
Fri, Dec 5, 2025, 6:16 PM
Kevin Porter Jr. tallied 20 points (5-of-13 FGs, 9-of-9 FTs), seven rebounds, nine assists, two steals and one three-pointer in the loss to the Sixers on Friday.
Analysis: Porter Jr remained productive in his fourth game back from his early-season knee injury. While he didn't score as well as the previous two outings, he utilized the charity stripe to make his way to 20 points for the third straight game, while tallying his most productive numbers as a rebounder and facilitator since returning. The sample size has been small this season for Porter, but he's put up good fantasy numbers more times than he hasn't. With Giannis Antetokounmpo (calf) out of the lineup, Porter Jr. will have even more freedom to create on the offensive end.
Bobby Portis
Bobby Portis scores 22 points off bench vs. Sixers
Fri, Dec 5, 2025, 6:10 PM
Bobby Portis notched 22 points (9-of-16 FGs), four rebounds, one steal and four three-pointers in the loss to the Sixers on Friday.
Analysis: Portis was one of Milwaukee's most productive players on Friday. In 23 minutes, he led the team in scoring and made three-pointers, and was one of five Bucks players to score in double figures. The veteran forward didn't make many contributions elsewhere, however ??" he didn't record an assist, had minimal impact on the glass, and finished with one stock on the defensive end. Portis has had one of his least productive seasons in quite some time, from a statistical standpoint, but with the Bucks down Giannis Antetokounmpo (calf), he should have opportunities to pick up his production.
AJ Green
AJ Green (shoulder) will not return vs. 76ers
Fri, Dec 5, 2025, 3:27 PM
Milwaukee Bucks
AJ Green (shoulder) will not return to Friday's game against the 76ers.

AJ Green (shoulder) questionable to return vs. PHI
Fri, Dec 5, 2025, 3:20 PM
Milwaukee Bucks
AJ Green (shoulder) is questionable to return to Friday's game against the 76ers.
Analysis: Green shot 0-for-4 in the first half in 14 minutes and may not be available to close out this game. Gary Harris or Gary Trent Jr. will likely start the second half in his place, though both should see extra minutes.
Jericho Sims
Jericho Sims replacing Giannis as starter
Fri, Dec 5, 2025, 1:45 PM
Milwaukee Bucks
Ryan Rollins, Kevin Porter Jr., AJ Green, Jericho Sims and Myles Turner will start against the 76ers on Friday.
Analysis: Sims started the second half on Wednesday after Giannis Antetokounmpo (calf) exited early. Sims finished with 15 points and 14 rebounds in 30 minutes, and he'll have an opportunity to post another double-double in this one. If he plays well and continues to start, he could be a reliable streaming option until Giannis returns in two-to-four weeks.
